Our unique workshop leverages business simulation games, supported by AI engines, to help participants access and develop their critical thinking skills and HAVE FUN doing it!

These essential critical skills cover a wide range of tools and techniques, grounded in both natural and developed thinking preferences, and are crucial for future-oriented competencies needed to progress and advance. Critical thinking skills include cognitive and behavioural exercises such as problem-solving, planning, analytical ability, decision-making, flexible thinking, strategic thinking, resilience, teamwork, collaboration, and execution.

In this unique workshop through game play, participants will learn how to tap into various thinking styles and focus on strategies and tactics to play strategy games. Built into the games are key learning points (tactics) that can be used to think ahead (strategy).

Decision-Making

This session explores core decision-making concepts. Participants will tackle dilemmas involving prioritisation, timing, and resource allocation. They will learn to create flexibility, identify threats, devise adaptable plans, mitigate risks, and address cognitive biases. By the end, participants will have practical tools to make informed and effective decisions in various business scenarios.

Problem-Solving

In this session, participants will learn to break down complex problems into manageable parts. Through methodical analysis, they will identify core issues and prioritise efforts. Techniques like end-to-beginning analysis and the "temporary parking" strategy will be introduced. By the end, participants will enhance their ability to tackle challenges systematically and effectively.
