- NRIC/FIN (only for government-funded programmes or certificates required by funding bodies)

- Other purposes notified to and consented by you.

You may withdraw your consent by submitting a Consent Withdrawal Request via email to susi@futureforward.com.sg. Upon receipt of a complete request, we will process it within 10 business days and inform you of any consequences related to the withdrawal.

You can request to access or update your personal data by submitting the appropriate request form to susi@futureforward.com.sg. An administrative fee may apply for access requests.
7. Accuracy and Retention of Personal Data
We take steps to ensure that your data is accurate and up to date. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil contractual or legal obligations. Unsolicited personal data will be securely disposed of.
8. Protection of Personal Data
We implement organisational and technical measures to safeguard your data against unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel.
9. International Transfers
If personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we ensure equivalent levels of data protection through appropriate measures or agreements.
10. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach, we will assess the impact and notify the PDPC within 3 calendar days if the breach is deemed notifiable. Affected individuals will also be informed if there is significant risk of harm.

FutureForward may update this policy periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
