About this Workshop

OVERVIEW

Do you know how to support your family or friends dealing with overwhelming stress or anxiety? Are you equipped to recognise and manage the signs of burnout or depression among your team? Our Psychological First Aid (PFA) programme offers a holistic approach to equipping staff at every level with the skills needed to provide effective mental health support.

We offer two distinct workshops in this series: the 1-day Essentials of PFA and the 2-day Mastering PFA. The Essentials of PFA class provides an overview of stress recognition and management, focusing on the fundamental aspects of offering psychological first aid in various situations. For those seeking a deeper understanding, the Mastering PFA class delves into advanced techniques and strategies, covering resilience development. This structured approach ensures that all staff, from entry-level to leadership, are prepared to handle mental health challenges with confidence and care.
